SJG-900W Servo Stretch Film Wrapping Machine for Carton
This stretch wrapper delivers firm, wrinkle-free wrapping without compressing or marking products. It cuts film cleanly with no loose tails, fully protecting your goods during handling and transit. Compared with conventional strapping equipment, it greatly reduces the risk of cargo damage.

Working Principle:
Equipped with a 360° high-speed rotating ring, this machine drives the film unit to revolve around stationary items. PE stretch film is wrapped uniformly and firmly in a spiral style. The fully automated workflow only requires operators to place and take away goods, delivering easy operation and outstanding efficiency.
Say goodbye to traditional pallet wrappers — this machine requires no pallets and wraps individual cartons directly. Products remain still all the time, so they will never topple over during high-speed operation, especially great for small and lightweight packages.

Machine Introduction
6.1 Annular Rotating Ring (Core Driving Part)
- Position: Large white circular assembly on the machine mainframe.
- Function: As the core moving component, it comes with an integrated internal gear and transmission unit. It drives the film holder to perform 360° high-speed rotation to complete spiral wrapping on cartons. Adopting high-precision slewing bearing, it runs steadily with low noise, and is key to stable wrapping efficiency and firm binding effect.
6.2 Film Carriage & Unwinding Unit
- Position: White film roll shaft installed inside the rotating ring, as shown at the bottom left of the figure.
- Function: Used to hold PE stretch film rolls. Equipped with built-in tension regulator and optional pre-stretch mechanism to control film release tension. It realizes even film stretching, keeps packages tightly wrapped, cuts film usage and reduces material costs.
6.3 Stainless Steel Working Platform & Conveying Structure
- Position: Central metal platform of the machine.
- Function: Supports cartons and goods to be wrapped. The smooth, wear-resistant surface makes manual loading and unloading easy. Selected models can be connected to production lines for fully automatic continuous wrapping. Built-in photoelectric sensors detect goods automatically and start the wrapping procedure.
6.4 PLC Touch Control Panel
- Position: Display screen mounted on top of the rotating ring.
- Function: The central control unit of the whole machine. Users can set wrapping layers, rotating speed, film tension and overlap ratio freely. One-click start is available for easy operation. Multiple groups of parameter settings can be saved for different products. New operators can get familiar with the operation in a short time.
6.5 Start & Emergency Stop Buttons
- Position: Red emergency stop button and green start button next to the control panel.
- Function: The red button shuts down the machine instantly in case of emergency to guarantee operational safety. The green button activates the wrapping process. Both buttons are manufactured in line with industrial safety standards.
6.6 Foot Pedal Switch
- Position: Foot control device on the outer side of the machine.
- Function: It frees operators’ hands. After placing goods, simply step on the pedal to start wrapping. It greatly improves operation convenience, perfect for working scenarios with frequent loading and unloading.
6.7 Machine Frame & Safety Guard
- Position: Grey steel framework at the machine bottom.
- Function: Acts as the main load-bearing base. Made of high-strength welded steel, it maintains excellent stability during high-speed operation. The fully enclosed protective structure prevents safety hazards caused by the rotating ring, and also protects internal transmission parts from dust and dirt.
